I charge based upon the project so you know going in what the project will cost and what you will be getting for your money. I am an authorized reseller for a prominent hosting company. Unlike other development companies in the area, I act as your liaison to the hosting company so any time you have a problem, you deal with me and I will solve the problem with the hosting company. You are never left in the dark. The hosting company also offers very generous rates and the latest technology such as Microsoft's ASP.NET.
